YLW Accessibility Tour
Sunday, January 26, 10am-12:30pm
Kelowna International Airport (YLW)

Canucks Autism Network (CAN) is proud to be partnering with the Kelowna International Airport (YLW), CATSA, WestJet and Autism Okanagan to provide the 3rd Annual Accessibility Tour at YLW for families living with autism. No CAN membership required to participate!

The Accessibility Tour will take families through the entire pre-flight process (check-in, security, finding the gate, waiting and boarding the plane) in a safe and supportive environment.

Families must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible for this program:

1. Each participating family member 18 and under must have a valid ID (i.e., birth certificate, care card, SIN card, status card, school ID, passport, BC ID, etc). This does not require a photo.
2. Each participating family member older than 18 must have a valid government issued photo ID (i.e. passport, driver’s license, BC Identification, etc).
3. Each family member must sign a media waiver form (to be provided via email upon confirmation).

*Please note that priority will be given to first-time participants in order to provide this opportunity to as many unique families as possible. Due to the popularity of this event, we anticipate that we will not be able to accommodate everyone who wishes to attend. Enrolment into this program is not guaranteed for any participant.

Space is limited. RSVP before Wednesday, January 15 at noon.
