Coordinating flows in the Mekong

In support of the Lao National Mekong Committee Secretariat (LNMCS) to adopt Mekong River Commission (MRC) guidance on the coordination of flows in the Lao PDR portion of the Mekong, the Australian Water Partnership (AWP) is providing support to develop national technical guidelines for flows coordination, with pilot application design for the Nam Ngum River Basin.
