Dear NCFD 150 partner,
If you’re receiving this email, it’s because a significant number of people in your community speak both official languages. As NCFD 150 is a Canada 150 Signature Project, we want to ensure that our activities are accessible in both languages.
In order to accommodate any minority-language audience members who may come to your event, we encourage you to arrange for a bilingual volunteer (or several) to help out at your NCFD 150 event.
We also wanted to let you know that our NCFD 150 website is fully available in both English and French.
The contents of your NCFD 150 Screening Party Kit (which you should be receiving shortly if you haven’t already) will be predominantly in the stated language of your event. However, if you’d like to promote your event in the other official language as well, we can help.
Please take a look at the Downloads page on our website in English and French to find alternate versions of many of the materials in your Screening Party Kit.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact your NCFD 150 Coordinator.
Thank you and merci beaucoup!
REEL CANADA and the NCFD 150 Team
