Here's what's happening at the Smiths Falls Curling & Squash Club
Latest News
Last weekend saw the club host 2 events
simultaneously, the O.C.A. Zone 1,2 & 3
play-downs for the Intermediate Provincial level and a very successful squash tournament.

In the curling portion our very own Smiths Falls team of Rick McGrath, Robbie Orr, Paul Vaillancourt and Paul Harvey curled well enough to move on to the Regionals. They will be curling on Jan 23 & 24th in Cornwall and if they continue their good play there , we could see them get to the provincial play-downs! There were 2 teams from Zone 2 that move on to Cornwall. Along with McGrath's rink, the rink of Bill Blad of the Rideau CC will also be representing our zone. Zone 1 representatives are C. Wert and G. Rowe. Zone 3 were given 3 spots and they will be represented by A. Scott, D. Lowe and B. Adair. Good curling to all!

Next newsletter we will have details outlining the exciting play at the Squash Tournament.....
