In front of you are some of the latest updates in the child protection field!

This month our webinars will cover a wide range of topics, from gender-based violence to creating child-centered criminal proceedings to cross-border cooperation as a tool to reduce trafficking of migrant children.

  • June 12th at 2pm CEST: Belgium organization GAMS will join us to speak about their work on prevention and sensitization in relation to female genital mutilation and present the tools they have developed!
  • June 13th at 2pm CEST: Rebecca O'Donnell and Olivia Lind Haldorsson from Child Circle will discuss how to legal and social professionals should work together to ensure procedures in criminal proceedings are develop and implemented taking into account children`s needs and avoid retraumatization.
  • June 20th at 2pm CEST: Together with Laure Vierset from Children in Migration, Missing Children Europe and Laura Duran from ECPAT UK, we will analyze current challenges in having effective cross-border cooperation in Europe that will prevent trafficking of children, initiatives to address this issue and recommendations for member states and the EU to improve the situation.
