So, I know you're grateful to be going to Slimming World tonight, and I wish you well with that.  How did the cheese poofs and jaffa cakes go last night?  And what else are you grateful for today?

I've been thinking, and walking on the spot really doesn't take any room - you could do it in the bedroom or bathroom, even.  Or, I've sometimes done ballet style leg raises and going onto tiptoe (good for the calves), in the bathroom while brushing my teeth.  What coud you do while brushing your teeth?  Squats, knee raise twist crunch things (I hope you can figure out what I mean by that - lol).
