Happenings of the USPS
No information has surfaced yet on the upcoming postal rate increases.  We will keep you informed when the rates are formally announced.
Discount US Postage
Bill Plum has some great buys on US Postage.  He advertises units of postage meeting the current first class letter rates at discount prices.  The prices are based on the number of stamps per unit. Check him out via email at  We will have details of his service on our webpage soon.  A great source of postage for qsl managers and just about anyone exchanging letter mail.
Amateur Radio on Stamps
In the last issue we discussed the topic of amateur radio on postage stamps.  Last week, our supplier sent us a list of their inventory on the topic RADIO, which encompasses amateur radio.  Their list and illustrations follows:

We are also buying from E-Bay auction, stamps which we feel are fairly priced.  We will list these as we purchase them.  I will say that we have a large inventory of Scott 1260, the 50th Anniversary of the ARRL, in quantity (from full sheets to plate blocks to singles) for anyone interested.  Contact us on any of these items if interested.
QSL Cards Sought
We would like to make mailings to Iran and other countries where registered.  Mail is suggested rout.  If you need any qsl cards from amateurs requesting registered mail, use our category 1 service and mail the cards to us soon.  If we receive enough support we may be able to offer discounts on such mailings in the future.
