Happenings at the USPS
Two stamps were issued on August 20, 2015.  The first was to announce the world stamp show in New York in 2016.

USPS Country Prohibitions: Mailing to Argentina
This is a continuation of the USPS series on overseas mailings.

Fall Discount Postage Offers
We have exhausted our supply of forever stamps but offer the following specials for the fall.

Domestic postage: $0.40 per unit of first class mail
Normally $0.49 per stamp, these units are made up of two or three denominated stamps

Air mail units
We will continue to offer air mail units at $1.00
Normally $1.20 per unit
these units will be composed of two or three denominated stamps to make up the current $1.20 rate.

Mint Japanese IRCs: $1.75

The rates for first class mail should be good through April 2016 for both air mail and domestic mailings.
New Euro Cover and Returns
We will begin advertising our plain white euro cover and euro return envelopes in mid-September.  These will eventually replace the currently advertised covers with blue and white borders.  Both the covers and returns will be security tinted and will be priced the same as the currently advertised envelopes in packs of 25.
