Mailing to Libya
Attached is a reprint of the USPS prohibitions for mailing anything to Libya. Note the similar prohibitions to the previously discussed topic, mailings to Uzbekistan.
Sending currency, such as dollar bills, etc. are not recommended. If your mail to Libya never seems to get answers, review these guidelines and then proceed judiciously with your qsl mailing activities.
Mail to Difficult Areas of the World
We are currently, as mentioned in the last issue of this newsletter, seeking cards for mailing to the remote areas of the world (Libya, Iran, and ex-Russian Republics). Address these cards and use our category one service to use our service for obtaining cards for these areas of the world. We are beginning to see some success in mailings to these remote areas.
