USPS Guidelines for Mailing Letter Mail to the Russian Federation
Like other guidelines listed in recent issues of this newsletter, again emphasizes not to use foreign currencies in mailing to Russia.  This does not mean that if one sends foreign currencies to these areas that something bad is going to happen.  It emphasizes that if your mail does not get through to the addressee it may be that the contents were removed by inspectors and was not forwarded to the addressee,  the mail was censored and similarly was not forwarded, or the mail was returned to the sender and never reached it's destination.  In qsling to these areas, please proceed judiciously!

Philatelic Supplies
In past issues of the newsletter we have been offering our services and products as a new line for collectors.

As described in the last issue we now have a line of cover stock for collectors and cachet makers.  This line is currently being introduced in the classified section of LINN'S STAMP NEWS.  Pricing is listed in our web under "Specialty Envelopes."

We are also working on a project that will offer modern IMPERF current issues, official first day covers.  We will advertise these in LINN'S STAMP NEWS laster this year.  These will be regular cancellations as well as full digital color cancellations of each issue.  We hope to offer this service starting with the MAYA ANGELOU issue of last April.  We would like to hear from anyone interested in this project who might have suggestions or comments.  It is just in the building stage at the present.

If there is interest out there for cover sleeves at reasonable pricing, contact us as we may have found an excellent source at a good price.  We also can provide glassine envelopes and peel-able address labels at competitive pricing.  Contact us about any of the above.
