Enrollment is open for Jerry Eckles Music Theater Camp!

For the first time in the history of our camp, Bridges Academy will present a one-hour "Junior" version of the hit Broadway musical Annie! The Junior series of musicals feature condensed versions of shows to allow for a shorter production time.

Our camp will run Monday through Friday over two weeks — June 19-30 — from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Enrollment is open for students entering grade 2 through graduating seniors. Plenty of roles, lots of great chorus numbers, and a fun opportunity for your child to develop/expand their skills regardless of prior experience.

Tuition is $250, with a 10% discount for each additional sibling you enroll. All camp activities will take place in the Rotunda Theater located within the security of our campus at St. Luke's United Methodist Church at 3471 Westheimer.

Directed by St. Luke's alum and professional actress Chelsea McCurdy Sarratt.

IMPORTANT: Building security updates + closure dates

As part of the five year plan that drove the massive changes to our campus, St. Luke's has started rolling out a controlled access plan to increase our building security and the safety of those who use our facilities. Here's what you need to know:

The Chapel Ramp doors (both interior and exterior) on the east side of the building (closest entrance from the garage) will be closed and locked after 5 p.m. during the week, all day Saturday, and after 12:30 on Sundays. They will be open when there are events such as services in the Sanctuary or Chapel, Wednesday night Choir Rehearsal, concerts, theatrical presentations, and other events for which we anticipate higher garage use.

NOTE: If your lessons bring you to the building at 5 p.m. or later or over the weekend, please use the main church entrance on the south parking lot side at the rear of the church. We strongly urge all pedestrians from the garage to use the pedestrian walkways, avoiding cars and other hazards. We hope to have signs to this effect soon.

Finally, with Easter fast approaching, please note that our campus will be CLOSED at 1 p.m. on Sunday, April 16, and all day on Monday, April 17.
