We successfully produced our first chapter meeting in the year 2021-2022 with the help of some very skilled and talented members! Jeremy Torisk, Dave Bricker, and James Henderson spent many hours setting up our "banquet room studio" so the meeting would run without a hitch. The morning arrived so soon after the set-up was complete, and excitement filled the room in anticipation of returning once again not only together but Better Together!
Keith Harmeyer entertained us with song and story while sharing valuable techniques that helped us visualize our business models and strategies. We thank you, Keith, for sharing with us your knowledge and your fabulous talents!
Kim Beckett has redesigned our FSA Brochure and Guest Packet. When you bring a guest, be sure to pick a packet up at the registration table so they can see all the support and services we offer. Thank you, Kim, for your time and talents in creating this for our chapter.
Our speaker lineup for October 9, 2021, is fantastic! We are hosting Bruce Turkel, CSP, and Bob Frare, CSP. You must plan to attend to hear from these exceptional speakers. I know we ALL can learn from their experiences along the journey of professional speaking. Our FSA website has all the details and will direct you to where you can register.
Getting back together this month was so good! Sharing stories, seeing smiling faces, and hearing us laugh together is an experience you do not want to miss in October. We encourage you to bring a guest and come in person, but we will also provide a virtual option.
Eagles Fly Alone; Crows Fly in Groups. Every great idea and dream must be established within you and you alone. There will be times when only you will believe it is going to happen. Can you stand alone? Can you believe when it looks as if no one else does? Leave the beaten path occasionally and drive into the woods. You'll be certain to find something that you've never seen before. Most big ideas are the results of thought and are discovered when you are by yourself. The opportunity to succeed or not is yours. No one can take that away unless you let them. Learn to be alone and stand alone, or nothing worthwhile will catch up with you.
