It may feel magical, but it doesn't happen by magic - it's hard work!  We need over 155 volunteers to bring STEAM Fest 2019 to life...

We are so grateful that so many have already signed up - but we could use a few more great people.

What are the perks of being a volunteer?

If you work at least one, four-hour shift, you’ll get:

• Ticket for one person for the entire weekend of STEAM Fest Fun
• An awesome STEAM Fest Volunteer T-shirt
• A coupon for a snack and a beverage at our Snack Shack
• A certificate of volunteer hours (if requested)
• NEW this year:  An awesome certificate at the incredible Escape Room in Louisville: Rabbit Hole Recreation Services!

When can I volunteer?
We need help starting today!  Want to hang posters around town?  Or help us with load-in on March 1st? Front gate, helping exhibitors, photo booth operators...  There's lots going on!  Or, work a shift at STEAM Fest and then stay and enjoy the amazing activities and food (and beer, and spirits! If you're so inclined).

We have jobs of all shapes and sizes, we've got easy stuff, and heavy lifting. Need to sit, no problem!  Want to be up and moving around - we've got that, too.

Who can volunteer?

Middle-school aged kids or older.  Come work as a family (we can even schedule you in the same area in many instances).
