New evening yoga classes

We will be making the most of our improved studio space to run more yoga classes. The first of these will be with Erika on a Wednesday evening from 7.30-8.30pm. Erika's yoga classes are a gentle vinyasa flow leading into a relaxation and meditation.

Erika is also looking at an early morning class on Thursdays from 7.30-8.30am so please register your interest if this appeals to you.

Jenny's pledge to support refugees

Our sports massage therapist Jenny Greig has decided to donate a portion of her massage earnings to support refugees. Jenny has been eager to find a way to keep refugees on the agenda and from this month will be donating £1.50 from each appointment she does to Unicef's Refugee and Migrant Crisis appeal
