Baby Loves Disco at LaughFest Grand Rapids
Baby Loves Disco is a premier dance party for pre-schoolers, toddlers, and young kids that features 70s, 80s, and today’s hits. The playlist is perfect! Perfect timing too as Grace and I hit the 80s this week with “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun,” “Walkin’ on Sunshine,” and “Wake Me Up Before You Go” being our favorite jams.
Empathy (and the Transistor Radio)
My daughter was sitting on the stairs, tears coming down her cheeks. Life (also known as the past five minutes which constituted as her entire existence), wasn’t good.
Why the sorrow?
St Patrick's Day is celebrated annually on March 17th, the traditional religious feast day of St. Patrick and the day he is believed to have died in 460 AD.

The Irish have observed this religious holiday for thousands of years. But, how did we come to celebrate St. Patrick's Day in the United States?
