Fiona Morrison and Nora Gardner Take Home FIT Design Entrepreneurs Top Prizes   
Last Wednesday, at the closing program of the seventh annual FIT Design Entrepreneurs program, Fiona Morrison of Wolf Circus took home the $100,000 grand prize to grow her business, a line of sustainable demi-fine jewelry created and run by women. Nora Gardner and her namesake brand of women’s professional wear for a growing population of female executives was awarded the Israel Goldgrub Award with a $50,000 prize. Twelve designer finalists presented business plans to a panel of industry executives, including Tommy Hilfiger and Dee Ocleppo Hilfiger, Morris Goldfarb of G-III, Adrienne Lazarus of Bandier, Thomas Ott of Saks Off Fifth and Gilt, and Henri Zirpolo of Rag & Bone.
