FEATURED STORY
FIT’s First-Ever Giving Day Is Tuesday, April 27
Tuesday, April 27, 2021, is FIT's first-ever Giving Day—a day for our community to come together in a new and joyous tradition in support of students and the campus, especially during these unprecedented times. The Giving Day Challenge is to reach $100,000, and with the help of a dollar-for-dollar match from FIT Foundation board member and longtime supporter Laurence Leeds for up to $50,000, if we can raise $50,000 in 24 hours, we can meet that challenge. All donations made to FIT on Giving Day will go directly where they can make the greatest impact on our students, faculty, and academic programs. Join us!

On April 20, we celebrate one of FIT’s most illustrious alums—Michael Kors—as he presents his 40th anniversary collection. He makes us ever so proud. FIT has also been a beneficiary of Michael’s generosity through a scholarship program he established several years ago for Fashion Design students. Michael’s sense of civic responsibility—and his charitable heart—are among his most endearing qualities. Congratulations, Michael!
