The Pandemic Pivot: Six Student Stories
The past nine months have left us completely destabilized, but we are certain about one thing: There hasn’t been a year like 2020 for generations. Do we need to list all the reasons? After all, you lived through it too. And yet, despite everything, FIT students carried on. No, they did more than that. They forged ahead. They developed new ways to do old things. Read the story in Essence magazine.

We are still in awe of Lady Gaga wearing this stunning custom ensemble created by Schiaparelli artistic director and FIT alum Daniel Roseberry for her powerful rendition of "The Star-Spangled Banner" at the Presidential Inauguration! Roseberry told CNN Style that his design is “a love letter to the country I miss so dearly and to a performer whose artistry I have so long admired."
