A Heart of Art

A massive thanks to those who came out to celebrate GLOW@Artweek and our Friday after Five street party this year. The weather in the lead up could have been better, but thankfully the rain clouds dispersed and thousands of people, young and old came out to play. Our heartfelt thanks again go to the Devonport-Takapuna Local Board, Auckland Transport, Vector and Unitec for supporting us to make this fantastic annual event happen.

This month Devonport continues to prove itself the most desirable of arts destinations with the opening of the highly anticipated NZ Sculpture on Shore exhibition, New Zealand's largest outdoor exhibition. Taking place biennially the event which exhibits some of our country's finest and emerging artists, raises money for women's refuge.

If you’ve read Patrick Suskind’s acclaimed novel Perfume then you’ll know all about the power of scent, and in Devonport, we now have an expert in the matter. Meet Treena from Miller Road Fragrances
