HELP US FIGHT HUNGER

Join us for our June 20 event

We always try to make our kids club events fun and memorable, but our June 20 event is extra special. It will help us kick off our annual Royer’s Stems Hunger food drive to benefit the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank and the Greater Berks Food Bank.

We’re asking children ages 5 to 12 to bring:

  • A nonperishable food item as the price of admission
  • An empty food can to fill with free flowers to take home.

If you join us, you’ll also be able to make a Father’s Day card and enter our birthday card design contest (see below). Of course, we’ll also have free balloons.

Time slots are available at 10 a.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Registration is required by calling your nearest store. Find your local store by clicking here.

WIN FREE FLOWER DELIVERY ON YOUR BIRTHDAY

How would you like to have a Royer’s van pull up to your house with a delivery just for you?

You could win a flower delivery on your birthday by entering our birthday card design contest. The winner’s drawing will become the birthday card that we send to all kids club members on their special days.

You can create and enter your drawing at our June 20 kids club event, or you can download an entry form here and bring it to your nearest Royer’s by July 17. The contest is open to children ages 5 to 12.

We can’t wait to see what you come up with. Good luck!

SUMMER READING LIST

Yes, it’s summer vacation time, but it’s important to keep reading and learning. Here’s a list of books for families to read aloud together:

  • “The End of the Beginning” by Avi
  • “My Father’s Dragon” by Ruth Stiles Gannett
  • “Toys Go Out” by Emily Jenkins
  • “Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle” by Betty MacDonald
You can read an expanded list with book descriptions on our website, simply by clicking here.

FROM THE BUDS JOKE BOOK
