NOTICE OF ANNUAL & BUDGET RATIFICATION MEETING Thursday, December 8, 2016 6:00 p.m. Eisenhower Chapel (Lowry Town Center), 293 Roslyn St. Denver, CO 80230
The Annual Meeting has three purposes: (1) electing three LCMA Board members, (2) ratifying the 2017 Operating Budget and (3) sharing information about LCMA goals for 2016 and 2017 and gathering community feedback.
LCMA board members are all volunteers, primarily home owners, who give several hours of time each month serving on the Board and its committees. There are seven individuals running for three Board seats. You can learn more about the Board candidates here: See board candidates bios.
(2) The proposed 2017 Operating Budget, as for the last five years, has no increase to the quarterly assessments each property owner pays; assessments will remain at $68 per quarter per unit. The Alley IPA will remain at $30 per quarter per unit.
Please complete and submit your proxy form if you are unable to attend the annual meeting. Proxy forms are due by 5pm December 5th, please mail (address on form), e-mail (email@example.com), or drop it off at our office; (7581 E Academy Blvd, Ste 211, Denver, CO 80230).
To complete your proxy:
There are three options for completing the proxy form:
Option 1) Complete Section 1 to give someone else the ability to vote for you at the Annual Meeting (usually a neighbor). This person must be present to cast your ballot.
Option 2) Complete Section 2 to cast your own vote.
Option 3) Leave Section 1 and 2 blank and the LCMA Board Secretary will cast a vote on your behalf. The LCMA Board meets with each of the Board candidates.
All proxy forms must have Section 3 completed with your signature or the form is invalid and can not be counted.
