A few ideas to help you reach your goals this year.
Lowry's got some great resources for helping you put those New Year's Resolutions into action:
Focus on Fitness and Health
Lowry has a variety of fitness centers and personal training programs to help you achieve your fitness goals. Ready to make an appointment with an eye doctor, dentist, or dermatologist? Make that appointment with a health care professional close to home.
Simplify, Simplify, Simplify
Make life just a little bit easier by signing up to have your HOA assessments paid automatically each quarter - one less thing to remember. Sign up for auto-pay here.
'Tis the season for clearing out the clutter. If you're looking for inspiration to KonMari your spaces, think of turning those castoffs into cash. Mark your calendars for Saturday, June 4th and Sunday, June 5th for the Lowry Yard Sale.
Connect with Your Community
A survey by NextDoor.com, the platform on which Lowry communicates via a private social networking group that is also used for crime and safety posts by the Denver Police Department, showed that neighborhoods are safer when people know and connect with their neighbors. Know what's happening in your neighborhood: sign up for the Lowry eNews, your neighborhood email list and NextDoor - no need to clog up your email inbox, daily digest and emergency text message notifications are available.
Explore: Learning and Culture
Lowry's Colorado Free University features over 300 classes - arts & crafts, business management, computer and technical skills, performing arts workshops, creative writing - learn more about Colorado Free University and check out their 2016 course catalog on-line.
Make 2016 the year you explore culture right in your own backyard. The John Hand Theater features shows year-round from two different performance companies. The Big Bang is not a stage version of the popular TV show, but rather a musical comedy getting rave reviews for its "clever, witty, and enormously funny pitch for a Broadway musical that covers the entire history of the universe."
Lowry's Wings Over The Rockies Air & Space Museum has big things planned to kick off 2016, including a distinguished lecture series, 80's Hangar Dance and traveling exhibits. The Lowry Foundation also has an exciting Speaker Series planned for 2016, starting on Thursday, February 18th (7P, Eisenhower Chapel, free admission) with Paula Burger, Holocaust Survivor, Artist and Author.
