Current Exhibition Saturday 8th to Sunday 30th October
Robert Persey Sculpture
Paul Tonkin Painting
We are thrilled with the feedback we've already received about our current exhibition, which opened on Saturday October 8th. Don't miss this opportunity to see two artists who have exhibited in the Tate, Hayward, Serpentine and Whitechapel galleries and many others.
Robert Persey is a sculptor based in Kent working mainly in steel. His work is driven by a desire to understand and express a strong feeling of the physical in as full a spatial and three-dimensional context as possible.
Paul Tonkinis a painter working from part of A.P.T. Studios at Deptford Creekside, S.E. London. Whilst both music and landscape contribute to the experiences which inform his work, he is committed to non-representational colour painting.

WORKING IN THE ABSTRACT An exhibition of Paintings Carol Goodchild and John Horne
Sunday 6th November - Sunday 27th November
Carol and John are a generation apart but they have the same aim – to create painted works that exist independently in the world we inhabit.
Many of the works in the show have their starting points in drawings from cathedrals, landscape, flowing water or life drawing. Locked in their production are shapes, colours and layers that can be reinvented. The use of paint and the love of its qualities enable John and Carol to build images that have surface, depth, texture and transparency.
