A pilot project that converts a vacant lot on 70A Ave & KGB into a dog park. This privately owned location is historically known for prostitution and drug use. The idea of the dog park is a multi layered approach that includes outreach, enforcement, & area enhancement that will lead to revitalization. This initiative was a grass roots idea that began with last years Block Party on Aug 22nd, 2015. This lot has been leased to the city for the next 3 years from the Value Property Group.
