Samurai (Mr. Yoshikawa) was the passenger and the Delta Air Lines operator was Noriko.
Then Michael was the passenger, and the operator was Samurai.
"We have a 10 PM flight for N.Y. departing from Narita airport. Do you want to reserve this flight?"
