TEL-AVIV IS ON FIRE!!! Not literally, thank goodness for that. But it does feel like WE ARE ON FIRE (quite a rare event in startup land if I may add). As you know, we had our European commercial launch last week at Harrods of London... what an experience! Floor staff with green aprons, bustling foot traffic with curious customers, and lots of excited kids tugging on their parents' coat. So how did we make out? Read on, I think you'll enjoy this one.

Retail Sell Out

on our first day!
Sold out on the first day! Who does that? We are still wrapping our heads around the success of this launch, and to be honest, I would love to say that we planned it this way. You know, we put our best team on the floor, the customer experience we devised left little room for missed opportunities, our execution was down to the t, yadda yadda yadda. The truth is that the day before the launch we were still tweaking our app (a little more of this, a small improvement to that), polishing up our display kits and swapping around the layout until we got it "just right" (although the "just right" bit never actually happened), and practicing our sales pitch, one last time (one last time being code for no sleep tonight). Do the customers know what it took to deliver the day of? Nope. Does the retailer? Not likely. My wife? Oh yeah...

Revamped App

Powerful, Pretty, and Polished iOS and Android app update!
This overhaul has been in the works for a while now. It's another (big!) step towards our vision of one brand, one service, one app for the entire family.  The revamped hereO Family app is now much more polished visually, presenting an easy on the eye UI, sports a new dashboard that can handle the entire range of hereO IoT wearables (current and future), and perhaps most importantly, lays out your most important information in a readily accessible and easy to understand location news-feed. Just the info you need, just when you need it.  Go ahead, give it whirl!

Special edition Trolls watches now available for purchase
You know when that slick salesman tells you, "buy now before we sell out"? It's a tired line, no one believes it, and rightfully so. With that in mind, you really should buy now before we sell out (again!). In fact, these bad boys are moving so fast that we had to pull our online stock to refill the Harrods channel. Update: Ok, we're good on the funds. But then again, with more funds come more results. And we love results.
