High-Impact Strategy

Have you ever found yourself asking, "What do I do if I find out during formative assessment that students didn't learn what I taught?" Jim Knight's book "High-Impact Instruction" communicates a framework for effective teaching. One of the strategies he highlights is "I do it, we do it, you do it." Click on the link below to see how to include this strategy in your lessons to enhance learning.

Project Idea
Authentic project ideas are trans-disciplinary in nature. Trans-disciplinary ideas allow for the natural integration of content from a variety of disciplines to address project expectations.  The sample idea in this section can be used in any content area by focusing on standards from a specific discipline.
