TAP Portugal started serving Panama City during the last months of 2014, providing important new links to European hubs. Panama City is now one of the largest hubs in Latin America but is relatively under-served from Europe. 
TAP will be the fourth carrier and first Star member to operate long-haul services from Panama City.
