“Not by might, nor by power but by the Spirit of our Living God” (Zec. 4:6).

Dear <<First Name>>,

The “Bless the Least-Reached Peoples (LRP)” Prayer Gathering among Indigenous People (IP) churches kicked off last month! This was in partnership with Foursquare Olayan Division in Paquibato District and Pegsabeka in Marilog District.

Their response to pray is beyond our expectation! We thought, only those Pastors who took the Kairos Course last year will commit to allot time during their Sunday Service to pray for the LRP using the Cebuano Translation of a 30-day prayer guide for LRPs. All Pastors present responded to the challenge to pray! A week later, we were told that the church in Butay gathers nightly for prayer and were committed to do it for 30 days!

It is also encouraging to learn that the Foursquare Church in Tapak has an on-going dawn prayer for more than a year now. We basked in God’s sweet presence as they sing their hearts out to the Lord in their own native language and felt the energy and passion when they begun interceding. The Pastor asked to borrow the tarpaulin posters we used as info-graphics about the four LRP groups or tribes we prayed for. He said it serves as a reminder to fervently pray for them.

We came home from those trips energized, strengthened and filled with hope that these intercessions will result to a great harvest of souls among the LRPs. We witnessed once more that this ministry of mobilization and the Great Commission is the work of the Spirit.

Thank you for joining us in this ministry of mobilizing our Indigenous Peoples Churches!

For God's glory among the nations,

Sis Beng

March 2019 Prayer Bulletin
1. We are currently recruiting participants for the Kairos Intensive Course on April 8–12 and Training on Reaching our Ethnic Neighbors  (TREN) on May 20-24. Please pray for opportunities to promote and wisdom to clearly communicate the purpose of these trainings. Please pray that many will respond positively to the call to minister cross-culturally and will consider to enroll in these trainings. Pray that God will prepare the hearts of those who already enrolled and for firm commitment to join.

2. Please pray for the Wholistic Development training we will conduct at Ethnos Tribal Mission Training Center (ETMTC) in Palawan this April 3-5, 2019. The participants are composed of Batak and Tagbanwa trainees and ETMTC staff. Jojo Demafelis, a former graduate of TMFII and a church planter, will be mentored to facilitate this module in the future. Please pray for wisdom as he goes through the mentoring process and that no sudden event will interfere his commitment to come. Pray that each participant will be able to grasp the principles of wholistic development and have insights on how to apply this in their current ministries.

3. For the last two years, Open Doors has been partnering with us in conducting Integrated Community Health Training (ICHT) among persecuted Christians in Southeast Asia. Since then, we have been praying to mentor them and to gain confidence to replicate this training in their communities. Praise God for making this possible this year! Let us ask God’s wisdom for Rega Lafuente in mentoring the graduates of ICHT last year. Pray that they will be able to learn the art of facilitating, as they will co-facilitate with her for the first time in a community training this March. Let us pray for a safe and fruitful training.

4. TMFII has been aligning all our initiatives towards equipping Indigenous Peoples’ churches in becoming a missions force. Please pray for Beng, Cherie, Mariane and Tiara in developing a four-year discipleship curriculum that will integrate missions education for our Student Assistance Project recipients. Our aim is to help these tribal youth gain a perspective of pursuing their future career with the vision of God’s plan and purpose for the nations.

5. Join us in asking the Lord of the Harvest to send additional workers who are passionate for God and are willing to serve Him through TMFII full-time. Pray for a missions mobilizer, communication assistant, cashier and maintenance personnel.
