Greetings Artists

The 10th week of our Light Chasers Spirit of Painting contest is beginning and we are happy to see that your creativity is still going strong.
You are exploring a variety of subjects and it is always a surprise to see what you will submit each week.
We hope you will continue to view the world around you with an artistic eye, and capture it for everyone to enjoy!

CONGRATULATIONS TO NANCY FOR HER TIMELY PAINTING OF AN AUTUMNAL COLORED LANDSCAPE.
THE SOFT BRUSHSTROKES CONVEY A QUIET, PEACEFUL ATMOSPHERE, THAT IS PREVALENT AT TIMES IN THE FALL SEASON.
THE DARK COLORS OF THE FOLIAGE, GRASSES AND SHADOWS IN THE FOREGROUND AND SIDES OF THE PAINTING, DRAW YOUR EYE TO THE CENTER OF THE SCENE.
THE VIBRANT RUST AND PEACH COLORS KEEP YOUR FOCUS ON THE LIGHT BLUE WATER, WHICH REFLECTS THE CLOUDS, AS IT MEANDERS ITS WAY TO THE HORIZON.
