Up Coming Business Changes

Text Reminders: With the busy lives we lead, things can sometimes be easy to forget. So your much deserved and needed massage treatment doesn't slip your mind, I will now be sending a reminder text the day prior to your treatment (as not everyone can check emails regularly). 

Cancellation Policy: When appointments are cancelled within 12 hours and the spot can't be filled, 50% of the Treatment will be charged. As I am a sole therapist, the impacts are felt with even one missed appointment, I Thank you for understanding.


Christmas Gift Voucher Available 

 You've probably noticed that the shops transformed over night into a Christmas haven, well there's Only 32 days left till Christmas!!!!! If your stuck on what to get someone why not spoil them with a massage therapy voucher this Christmas? 
Vouchers can be pick up at Replenish or mailed directly to the recipient. 

Christmas Holiday Hours 

With the upcoming school and Christmas holidays there will be some changes in my availability. I will try to have the booking system with my full availability; however, SetMore is still working on adding features to allow for bookings outside of normally working hours. So please do not hesitate to call to find a suitable spot :)

I will be Closed from:

Dec. 17th --> Jan. 3 rd  
Jan. 8th --> Jan. 19 th.

I will however be adding extra days outside of my normally working schedule.

 Health Tips

Fun Facts: The Masseter (a muscle in the jaw, a very important muscle we use when eating and talking) is the STRONGEST muscle in the body!!! 

Yummy Health Recipes: This is a favorite with me and the kids, it's easy and super healthy (and not to mention a great way to use up the bananas with brown spots all over them :) 

Super Healthy Banana, Apricot and Date Slice
3 large ripe bananas
3 cups traditional rolled oats
1/4 cup finely chopped dried dates
1/4 cup finely chopped dried apricots
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Step 1
 Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a 16cm x 25.5cm slice pan. Line with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above edges of pan.

Step 2
 Mash banana until smooth. Add oats, dates, apricots, almonds, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir until well combined. Spoon into prepared pan. Using the back of a spoon, press evenly into pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden. Cool completely. Cut into small bars. Serve.
