Fordham’s Social Innovation Collaboratory and Net Impact chapter welcome NY+Acumen to lead a series of workshops on Social Impact. NY+Acumen provides emerging leaders with the skills and moral imagination to take part in changing the way the world tackles poverty. Our first workshop on March 2 will provide participants with a better understanding of Impact Investing models, the broad landscape of investors, and the type of financial, operational and ethical challenges impact investors face. Participants will engage in interactive case studies lead by Billy Marks, who is currently a Senior Compliance Associate at JPMorgan and previously worked in the International Asset Finance Group at Clifford Chance US LLP.

Former White House adviser, Cass Sunstein, and Nobel Prize winner Daniel Kahneman will be discussing President Obama's executive order to incorporate behavioral science insights of how people make decisions into federal programs. Columbia University's Kenneth Prewitt will moderate.
