Just to be transparent re feedback of any kind with CQ - it ain't confidential - ever. Otherwise there is no chance to respond and develop as an organisation.
When you submit feedback after a meeting it goes to Harv and Karen directly, then they forward to Mary Beth and the facilitator involved, regardless of the content. If required, a discussion will be had on areas to improve.
We don’t consider it as criticism, positive or otherwise. It’s information which we intend to utilise to develop.
