FLASH Kids LEAP with ME Community Guide

Are you looking for activities that are fun and promote learning for your children? Then you may want to start a LEAP with ME program in your community.  To access the LEAP with ME Community Guide go to our website for a step by step guide to creating your own community program.


With LEAP Kits, you can quickly create a 30 minute fun, but structured activity between parents and children ages 0 to 6. The LEAP Kits cover four areas:
These activities are fun and provide many opportunities for parents & children to spend time playfully and productively together.


LEAP Kits can be accessed by parents, daycare workers and pre-K teachers at your nearest library. Click here to view an activity card to see what it is all about.

Saskatchewan Multicultural Week

Saskatchewan Multicultural Week is celebrated November 14 - 22, 2015. The Multicultural Council of Saskatchewan (MCoS) encourages you to create and host your own event expressing this year's theme "Strength in Diversity".

RBC Sports Day in Canada

RBC Sports Day in Canada, presented by ParticipACTION, CBC and True Sport, will take place on Saturday, November 21 in communities from coast to coast to coast. This national celebration of sport, from grassroots to high-performance, is an opportunity for all Canadians to celebrate the power of sport to build community and get Canadians moving!

artsVest Workshop

artsVest information sessions and sponsorship workshops will take place in the following locations in our area:

Thursday, November 26th- Weyburn
Friday, November 27th- Yorkton

If you are interested in attending, you must follow the instructions under "Event Details" at the event site below before registering for a ticket.

Organizations who have participated in artsVest before are eligible to apply for 2015/16 however must attend one of the workshops being offered.
