Additional Resources:

Read, Watch, Listen, Engage

UC Berkeley's Division of Equity & Inclusion presents "Read, Watch, Listen, Engage," a resource where you will find books, articles, documentaries, podcasts, conferences, performances, and more on topics related to equity, inclusion, access, and diversity.

Race Matters

With the spotlight on race matters, managers and supervisors can no longer assume their employees will just “keep working” without being impacted by this sea-change that is happening around us all.

Because many managers and supervisors feel ill-equipped and some even fearful of launching into what were previously mostly taboo topics of conversation, People & Culture has prepared this guide to assist leaders in supporting and engaging with their staff on matters of race. Social Media

Follow UC's social accounts (Facebook: University of California, Twitter: @uofcalifornia, Instagram: @uofcalifornia) to hear the voices of Black staff, faculty, students and alumni from across the university sharing their visions for the future, which inspire their work today.
