This week's Wisdom Café Wednesday summarizes timely resources and "to-do's" pertaining to the state of the workplace and returning to campus. We have also highlighted upcoming training and development opportunities that can support your continuous learning and growth at UC Berkeley!

State of the Workplace

In order for campus leadership to continue to be responsive to your needs as we begin to transition back to “normal” routines, both at work and at home, there is a new “State of the Workplace” survey to capture your experiences as a UC Berkeley employee and, in particular, how you interact with your colleagues and the entire employee experience.

The information gathered will help shape the future direction of our programs to support employees and should take no more than 5 to 10 minutes to complete. You will have access to full report of the survey results and next steps in response to the information shared.
