While the AGM vote resulted in whites no longer being required at the club, we still have dress restrictions. Proper tennis attire in good taste is required, which does not include shirts with large writing, shirts with ripped off sleeves, athletic shirts from sports teams, jean shorts, cargo (pockets on outside) shorts and cut off shorts.

IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR – Adult and Intermediate Membership Renewal at LPTC!
You are getting this offer of membership at Lawrence Park Tennis Club as an Adult, Adult Holding or Intermediate because you were a member in 2022.

PLEASE NOTE:
This is not the email to renew.
This is to let you know that an email from CourtReserve will be sent out January 14th for the 2023 renewal.

The deadline for renewing memberships is FEBRUARY 14, 2023. After that date, if you have not renewed, your spot will be offered to our wait list applicants.
- ADULT – MEMBER IS 24 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER ON JANUARY 1 OF THE CURRENT MEMBERSHIP YEAR
- INTERMEDIATE – MEMBER IS 18 TO 23 YEARS OF AGE ON JANUARY 1 OF THE CURRENT MEMBERSHIP YEAR
- HOLDING – ADULT MEMBERS WHO, BECAUSE OF HEALTH OR OTHER PERSONAL REASONS, CANNOT PLAY AS ACTIVE MEMBERS IN THE CURRENT YEAR. HOLDING MEMBERS HAVE NO COURT PRIVILEGES BUT ARE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN CLUB SOCIAL EVENTS. A MEMBER MAY ONLY HOLD THEIR MEMBERSHIP A MAXIMUM OF 2 YEARS IN A ROW.
Note:
The junior membership, renewal and lesson program will be ready by March or April and families with juniors will be contacted again at that time. There is no deadline on junior memberships.

IMPORTANT:
If you are an adult, intermediate or adult holding member please renew by February 14 to ensure you have your membership spot for 2023. After that date we will be opening our membership to those on our wait list.

For 2023 the Board has approved the following Adult, Intermediate, Junior and Adult Holding fees:
- ADULT MEMBERS– $184 + HST = $207.92
- NEW ADULT MEMBERS WILL BE CHARGED AN ADMINISTRATION FEE OF $60 + HST = $67.80 IN THEIR FIRST YEAR OF MEMBERSHIP, IN ADDITION TO THE NORMAL MEMBERSHIP FEE.
- INTERMEDIATE MEMBERS– $150 + HST = $169.50
- JUNIOR MEMBERS– $46 + HST = $51.98
- ADULT HOLDING MEMBERS– $46 + HST = $51.98

Message from the President

I look forward to a great season in 2023, hoping things continue to trend back to normal. My hope is that part of this normalization includes making respect the thought for the year. In order for everyone to enjoy the club we all need to show more respect for the courts, respect for the booking rules, respect for other members, respect for our monitors, respect for the new dress code and respect for our pro staff. Let's all enjoy 2023 to it's fullest.
