STATEWIDE CONFERENCE SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE

This year, we are excited to announce that New York State Transition Partners -- a collaborative project of INCLUDEnyc, Parent Network of Western New York, and Starbridge, Inc. -- will provide a limited number of scholarships for young people and their family members to attend one of two statewide conferences free of charge. Scholarships will cover registration, hotel accommodations, and breakfast and lunch on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please complete the survey and get it back to us right away for the best chance to receive a scholarship for one of the following two conferences:

Our Learning Community is a great place to share transition-related activities, resources, news, and upcoming events. Please join us for our September 14th Lunch and Learn from 1 to 2 p.m. to discuss what’s new in the transition world for young adults with disabilities. Voice your concerns, share what’s important to you, and get answers to your questions.
