Register now to the biggest CB event of the year!


The Central Baltic Programme's annual event 2016 will bring stakeholders from all over the programme area to Upplands Väsby (Stockholm) on 20 April, 2016. The aim of the event is to highlight the importance, opportunities and examples of cross-border cooperation in the Central Baltic region.

Many projects are already running and producing great results while the programme is still preparing for another call for applications in early 2017. Now is the perfect time to come and see what Interreg cooperation is all about, and if there is someone interested in cooperating with Your organisation under one of the programme priorities.

At the Central Baltic Annual Event 2016 all needed information will be available for making a great cross-border project. And who knows, perhaps even new partners!

News from the Steering Committee

19% of the second call applications successful

Out of the 148 project applications submitted in the 2nd call for applications, 7 small projects were approved and 21 regular projects got to continue to the second step of the application process. This adds up to 19% of the applications having been successful. The success rate varies between the priorities (11-50%), specific objectives (0-50%) and sub-programmes (10-42%).

The regular project applications will be finally decided on after the second step is completed in the Steering Committee meeting in mid-June. After that the information about the available funds for the 3rd call will be available.
