Building and tending to a family presents a variety of challenges, and it is important to prioritize self-care so that you can be at your best. The articles below describe some challenging realities of pregnancy, from conception to perinatal anxiety. Seleni strives to support families by facilitating these difficult conversations.

Welcoming Dr. Ingrid Nkongho, PsyD
We are so pleased to welcome Dr. Nko
ngho to the Seleni clinical team! She is a psychologist with extensive experience in many different clinical settings, and she uses theory-informed psychoanalysis, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy in her patient sessions. Announcing Seleni MMHI Scholarships
Seleni has been awarded a grant from a philanthropic donor which will provide 40 full scholarships for our Maternal Mental Health Intensive online training. The scholarships are valued at $20,000 and will support mental health professionals and students serving underserved populations. See more here
