2018 END-OF SEASON PARTY
Reminder, we will be hosting our 2018 End-of-Season Party today at Main Event - Webster location. This will be the final opportunity for players, coaches, and parents to come together and remember the 2018 season. Please make contact with your Team Mom/Parent for more information and details about this event. We hope to see everyone there!!!
What: End-of-Season Party
When: Sunday, November 11th
Location: Main Event - Webster (1125 Magnolia Ave., Webster, TX 77598
Parents, we have rooms reserved for teams that want to take the time to recognize individual team awards. These are strict time slots because we have to allow all teams use of the rooms. Players will be given wristbands by Team Mom/Parent for free play from 3:00PM-7:00PM upon arrival. The time slots for the reserved rooms are as follows:
EQUIPMENT RETURN MONDAY 11/12 & TUESDAY 11/13
- 3:30pm-4:00pm Room #2 - Pee-Wee Titans
- 4:00pm-4:30pm Room #3 - Freshmen Retro Titans
- 4:30pm-5:00pm Room #2 - Lady Titans Cheer
- 5:00pm-5:30pm Room #3 - Sophomore Titans
- 5:30pm-6:00pm Room #2 - Junior Titans
- 6:00pm-6:30pm Room #3 - Senior Titans
- 6:15pm-6:45pm Room #2 - Freshmen Blue Titans
Equipment returns will be Monday 11/12 and Tuesday 11/13 at CubeSmart Storage Facility (3045 Business Center Dr.). All equipment must be returned, except your child's game jersey.
Parents, please ensure that all equipment that is returned is washed and cleaned. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY UNCLEAN/DIRTY EQUIPMENT!!!
Equipment Return Time Schedule:
Coaches and Team Mom must be at Equipment Return to help take in your team's equipment. Please arrive during your scheduled time with ALL equipment cleaned.
The following equipment must be returned:
- November 12th (Monday)
- 6:00PM - Pee-Wee & Freshmen Blue
- 6:45PM - Freshmen Retro
- Tuesday 13th (Tuesday)
- 6:00PM - Sophomores & Juniors
- 6:45PM - Seniors
- Shoulder Pads
- Practice Pants
- Practice Jersey
- Game Pants
- 7-Pad Sets (hip pads, butt pad, thigh pads, and knee pads)
Players are to keep their game jersey.
RETURNED EQUIPMENT / CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
FOOTBALL GARMENTS: Please wash and dry ALL football garments: Practice Jersey, Practice Pants, Game Pants
7-PAD SETS: Wipe down ALL 7-pad set pieces with Lysol/Clorox disinfectant wipe(hip pads, butt pads, thigh pads, knee pads)
SHOULDER PADS: Wipe down the shoulder pads with Lysol/Clorox disinfectant wipe and spray with a Lysol disinfectant spray, please allow the shoulder pads time to dry. DO NOT SUBMERGE THE SHOULDER PADS IN WATER!!!
HELMET, CHINSTRAP, & DECALS/NUMBERS: Helmet, chinstrap, and decals/numbers must be returned. Please remove mouthpiece and ALL spirit award stickers from helmets that coaches may have given players (Do Not Remove Titans Decals/Numbers)
Wash the inside/outside of helmet with a anti-bacterial cleaner (Palmolive dish soap, Clorox Cleaner, etc.) Wipe down the helmet and chinstrap from any dirt/debris from the season. You must thoroughly clean the inside and outside of the helmet. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMERGE THE HELMET IN WATER OR REMOVE ANY OF THE INNER HELMET PARTS!!!
Remember if any equipment is not returned or returned unclean, your $100 Equipment Deposit check will be cashed. We will also be returning your $75 Concessions Deposit check, if you fulfilled your concession duties during the season. Thanks for your cooperation.
