Process: COVID-19 Screening and Patient Video Visits

The following information will be extremely helpful in screening patients via phone, video visits, eVisits, or within the practices for any patient who arrives and reports symptoms. The Screening Process document includes:

  • Recommended screening questions
  • Scripts for response to the screening questions (We’re requesting all appointments be screened using the attached scripts)
  • ExpressCare video visit instructions and troubleshooting

Two more testing sites are opening Thursday, March 19.

Valley Preferred and LVHN are recommending all health care providers send their patients to regional testing centers rather than order coronavirus testing themselves. This is because we are tracking results through those sites.
