Strong Schools Reflect a Strong Community!
In Perry Township Schools, there is a component to the holiday season which encompasses the act of giving.  Activities that focus on reaching out to others less fortunate are conducted by both students and staff.  Children model their behaviors after the people that they observe.  Active participation of students in collecting money or specific items for someone in need sets the expectation as they grow and mature.

Throughout the district there are many activities conducted to support our community.  Food drives, hat/glove/scarf collections, “adopt” a family for Christmas and toy collections are just a few examples of children learning about the joy one feels in the act of giving.  Service projects emphasize the spirit of giving.  These activities combined set the tone for the season.
