Meet at the school
We are reopening “Room to Reflect” tomorrow, Friday 21 May between 9.00am and 1.00pm. Covid forced us to close the room in November when we were focusing on 'A' for Ask. It originated from the P.R.A.Y acronym in the book ‘How to Pray’ by Pete Greig. We will run this theme until the end of June. The room includes 3 walls for reflecting on issues for ourselves, others we know and those we do not know but are in need. Why not come and enjoy some peace and quiet as well as a stop for refreshment and a chat with others manning the marquee in the church car park. You can book to come at other times if you cannot make it on Fridays – please contact the church office.
First Aid Training
We have booked a First Aid Training session on Saturday 19 June 9.30am-4.30pm
It is for an Essential First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid certificate.
There are some spaces available and we would like to make use of them.
Please email holly.carter@godmanchesterbaptist.org or call the church office if you are interested.
Stuart Harwood-Clark is coming to Godmanchester next Tuesday, 25 May, in the afternoon.to collect things for the Christian Charity shop in Peterborough.  If you have any thing you would like to give, please contact Rachel Thurley (454736).
Marquee Meetings
The marquee is available for people to meet and catch up with each other from 9.00am until 3.00pm for one hour slots. Why not book a slot, come along, and see who else is here? For any bookings or enquiries about the marquee, please email holly.carter@godmanchesterbaptist.org or ring the church office (458565)
Ladies Bike - free to a good home
Sue Hawkey has an old but usable ladies bike and helmet to give away.  Contact her on 450106 if you are interested.
The Littlefoot Toy Library is open Wednesday mornings between 9.00am - 10.00am. Lots of toys available to borrow for all pre-school ages. To find out more or to book a pick up/return slot, find the Littlefoot Facebook page and join the group.
Birthdays coming up in the next few weeks are as follows (addresses in Blue Pages):
24 May - Rachel Johnson | 31 May - Pat Jones | 24 June - Jo Hitchins

If you would like the church to celebrate your birthday, please email birthdays@godmanchesterbaptist.org with your birthday and address (if it isn’t in the Blue Pages). Unless you wish to opt out, your birthday (minus the year!) will also go in the weekly church news so others can help you celebrate too.
