As always, it is very important for us to point out that until a class is certified, we are unable to represent anyone as a client, except for the folks whose names currently appear on the complaint. Once the class action is certified, we'll send out information about how to become a member of the class, and we we will start a separate newsletter for class members.

Further, we will not disclose any of your contact information unless ordered to do so by a court. We will send out a notice as soon as a class has been certified.
