Future Friday is an honor program recognizing outstanding women who have taken enormous steps to make their dream careers a reality. Honorees provide advice about the unique barriers they've faced and have characteristics young women and girls can relate to.
 

Our film follows teen girls and experiences first hand their need for role models who represent options and solutions. Girls need relatable role models (well beyond their parents, teachers and mentors) who can expand their ambitions, show them ways of fulfilling their potential, and inspire them through common qualities and interests.

Our film also interviews young women who have recently started their careers. At this age, women need role models who have fresh experiences similar to what they are now facing.
 

There are simply not enough young ambitious women getting the exposure they deserve. Once a month, we'll feature a woman who is a role model for a next generation of women who dream big. Please look for our next Future Friday Honoree to be announced on March 11 in social media and on our website!
