WELL Building Panel
Florida Business Interiors and Haworth introduced the WELL Building protocol to the design community through a panel discussion in May. Industry leaders including Mickey Jacob, a former AIA National President, Kimberly Madison, a representative from Strategic Property Partners, and Trevor Ricketts, a masters student with HOK Tampa, shared their insights on how this new standard will impact the built environment in Tampa Bay.

These unique perspectives gave a deeper understanding to the WELL Building Standard for the 100 participants in attendance at our showroom. A big Thank You to Mickey, Kimberly and Trevor - and to all who joined in the discussion!

The WELL Building Standard is a topic that comes up often during our client discussions. We are seeing an increase in interest related to an awareness of how the workplace affects employees well-being, and also how a culture of wellness can attract and retain the best and brightest workers.

Learn more about how this was addressed in Los Angeles in the below video.

FBI Semi-Annual Volunteer &Team Building Day
For FBI's annual team building day in August, we volunteered with the Joshua House. It was an amazing experience spending a summer day with these dynamic children and holding an Olympics competition with them. They are an amazing organization quietly supporting the children of Tampa Bay.
