God did not send the Son into the world to condemn the world,
but in order that the world might be saved through him.

SERVING CHRIST IN THE WORLD
SUNDAY SUPPER
Sunday Supper will be saying farewell to our wonderful kitchen team headed by Christian Nguyen in April. Christian and his faithful team have prepared Sunday Supper dinners for the past 10 years. We are incredibly sad to lose them.
We are now searching for a head Chef plus a team of people that would be willing to step into these huge shoes and help us serve our neighbors through this vital ministry. Please let me know if you or someone you know could commit to serving once every other month during the year on the 4th Sunday of the month.
Every Sunday from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., rain or shine, the unsheltered in our community are offered a hot shower in a clean, self-contained shower trailer stationed in the St. Paul’s parking lot, in partnership with Family Promise.
Enthusiastic volunteers are the engine behind this ministry. And more are needed! If you’d like to learn how you can help by serving a shift at the shower check-in table, handing out towels, etc., please contact Ruth Sarvas at ruthsarvas@gmail.com or Krista Helmbrecht at krista.helmbrecht@gmail.com
REST IN PEACE
Sharonann Gain, longtime parishioner at St. Paul’s, died on Monday, Feb. 20, in Ohio, where she moved a few years ago. Sharonann attended the 8 a.m. service. She volunteered in the parish office for many years and ran “Parson’s Place,” a small book and gift shop on our campus. Sharonann organized an annual used book sale as a fundraiser, which often drew neighbors to our campus.
She was part of the Thursday Lunch Bunch team and attended the Thursday noon service weekly. Sharonann is survived by her daughters Catherine Maynor (Tom) andMargaret Callesen (Phil), grandchildren Alisha Crowe (Tommy), Elizabeth Young (Seton), Michael Callesen (fiancé Kassie Miller), Emma Callesen and Owen Callesen, and great-grandchildren Atlus Young, Ainsley Young, Everhart Young and Maverick Crowe.

We pray for …
Those who are afraid, lost, and in the midst of turmoil of spirit and mind as we remember those in need of God's healing presence, in illness, grief, and during challenging times.
Members of our parish who are recovering from surgery, undergoing extended treatment, expecting new life, traveling, raising families, caregiving, experiencing addiction, or in financial difficulty.
Our teachers, students, staff, vestry and other leaders, and our preschool community.
Give them courage and strength during the days ahead; may they know your love and grace.
Gracious God, we entrust all who are dear to us to your never-failing care and love. Guide us so that we may reflect your love and grace to the world. Amen.
This week we pray for Raheleh Bagherpour, Valerie Bain, Gail Barr, DeeDee Bedell, Joe Bedell, Wanlyn Bejach, Helen Benedikter, and Megan Belanger Powrie,
This week we give thanks for all our 12 Step Groups.
REST
Jesus, I am stressed.
Help me to accept your invitation to come and receive the rest I need.
Help me to willingly release my fear, my worries, my agenda and my to-do list.
Ease the tension and replenish my body.
Silence the voices of doubt and speak your words of truth.
Remove the heaviness of my day and pour out abundantly into my life.
Fill me with your peace, joy and love.
Fill me until the overwhelm is consumed by your grace and my life reflects the beauty of resting in you. Amen. - By Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith/Source: Episcopalrelief.org
