Zimbabwe forecasted $50M-100M in a new funding in April. This cooperative agreement Biomedical HIV Prevention for Epidemic Control or BPEC will  be a follow on to the PSI SPSS activity, focusing on HIV biomedical prevention strategies including Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision, Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis, condoms, Key Populations and Evidence Generation/Data for Decision-making.

Nepal anticipates between $20M-$50M in newly forecasted opportunities. One contract is for $10M-25M in Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance to provide support to Nepal's state restructuring and devolution to local bodies as envisioned and empowered in Nepal's 2015 Constitution.  It will do so by providing support to citizens to access government services and their newly elected local officials. This contract will also support local level government performance by working with those bodies in their provision of services to the public in an inclusive, transparent, and responsive manner.  Finally, this project will support the institutional inclusion of citizen participation in local decision making and public accountability mechanisms, as well as mainstreaming conflict mediation into new local governance systems, processes, and structures. The second forecasted opportunity in Nepal is under the Disaster Risk Management sector for the Tayar Nepal - Improved Disaster Risk Management Project. This project aims  to strengthen Disaster Risk Management capacity and institutions in Nepal. It is a contract for $10M-$25M.

Uganda is forecasted to receive $10M-$25M in a new funding opportunity in the form of a contract within Agriculture and Food Security sector. The Feed the Future Uganda Inclusive Agricultural Markets Activity  is looking to increase incomes and improve the livelihoods of households through agricultural-led inclusive economic growth. This activity will contribute to the Global Food Security Strategy goal of reducing hunger, malnutrition and poverty and the USAID/Uganda Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) 2016-2021 which as a five-year goal of strengthening Uganda’s systems to accelerate inclusive education, health and economic outcomes.
Cambodia is forecasted to receive $10M-$25M in funding opportunities this month under Education. The All Children Learning Activity is a task order that will be under the ABE ACR IDIQ, and will have an award length of five years.
