Lebanon anticipates a $50M - $100M Economic Growth & Trade IDIQ. The Community Support Program aims to support municipalities and underserved and vulnerable communities in providing better services and enhanced economic opportunities to improve lives and reduce tensions that contribute to conflict and violence, primarily in Lebanon’s North, South and Bekaa regions.
Pakistan is forecasted to receive a total of $65-$139M in new opportunities over five awards. The four Management awards range in value: the Pakistan Policy and Performance Support (P3S) Service Delivery Mechanism is a $25-$50M contract, a $10-$25M Training For Pakistan contract, a $4-$10M Federally Administered Tribal Area (FATA) Infrastructure Program (FIP) A-E Services cooperatvie agreement, and a contract for $1-$4M as a Architect-Engineer services for third Party Monitoring of Construction Milestones under Sindh Basic Education Program Sindh. There is an anticipated $25-$40M contract for Pakistan Youth Development Project in the Education sector aimed to prepare youth for workplace participation.
Guatemala anticipates a $25-$50M contract in the Democracy, Human Rights, & Government sector. The Justice and Transparency Project aims to strengthen security and justice sector institutions to more effectively and efficiently investigate, prosecute and adjudicate crime in order to reduce impunity in Guatemala.
Egypt is forecasted to receive $25-$50M in funding for new opportunities in Agriculture & Food Security. The Feed the Future Egypt Value Added Solutions (EVAS) project would build on USAID's investments in assisting Egypt's small farmers to export horticulture produce that meet international standards. It will create additional linkages to provide high quality produce to local grocery stores, hotels, restaurants, and food processors in Egypt. The project's end goal is to improve Egypt's food security through improved income for farmers as well as access to healthy and nutritious food for Egyptians.
India is forecasted to receive three awards totaling $15M - $39M in funding for new opportunities. Two awards are in the Environment & Global Climate Change sector, as a contract for New Forestry Design estimated at $25-$50M in funding, and a Broad Agency Announcement for a New Clean Energy project with an anticipated funding of $10-$25M. There is also forecasted to be a $1-$4 M funding opportunity for the Harnessing Local Innovations, Expertise and Partnership to Solve Development Challenges in Asia in the Agriculture & Food Security sector.
